If what you wish to charge for falls under the following:

• Items that aren't usually covered by our billing principles (such as pre-operative assessments)
• General anaestheisa for a procedure we don't normally allow
• A consultation within ten days of surgery

Please provide a copy of a clinic letter following your recent consultation with the member which explains the additional complications that you believe warrant an exception.
