At AXA Health making sure our members have access to high quality treatment and diagnostics is a key priority. Subject to internal review, we would consider working with medical facilities (such as those listed below) where the main focus is consultant lead diagnosis and/or treatment for disease, illness or injury.
- Inpatient and/or Daypatient hospitals
- Outpatient surgical and/or diagnostic clinics
- Mental health clinics
- Outpatient oncology clinics
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to progress with applications for any of the following:
- Primary care or GP clinics
- Cosmetic or aesthetic clinics
- Dentistry or cosmetic dental implant clinics
- Fertility clinics
- Pharmacies
- Pathology laboratories
- Health spas or gyms
Eligible facilities must meet all the following minimum requirements to be considered for recognition:
- Registered with the appropriate medical regulator
- Subscribed to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service
- Cyber Essentials certification
- Appropriate medical indemnity insurance
- Electronic billing capability with Healthcode
